Hero Basics:
Preferred lane: Legion Bot – Hellbourne Top - Can solo mid.
Hero type: Semi ganker – Semi carry – Late game Assassin.
Item dependence: Very heavy if he has to carry.
Early game power/Lane control: Some with vanish and Wards.
Mid game power: Medium.
Late game power: Medium.
Farming skills: None
Gank power: Medium with his ultimate and vanish.
Hero Weakness: Needs farm to be useful in late game. Very low health pool.
Hero Strength: Decent ganker with ultimate and vanish. Very strong map control with his wards.
Countered By: In early game: Nukers, disablers and anti-invis heroes like Pestilence and Arachna. Also countred by Puzzlebox and Dust of revelation
Best Allies: Baby sitters like Demented Shaman so he can farm early game.
Best against: Good versus casters in late game and low hp ranged agility carries like Soulstealer. Also great versus roamers since he can ward in early game thus ruining their ganks.
Overall hero strength: Weak
Suitable for newbies? Yes, very easy to play. And skill wards for christ sake!
shield breaker won’t stack with whispering helm.

Its kinda shitty for Scout build. For me i dun say its a good build but recommended like this:
Early game:
x1 Rune of the Blight
x2 Duck Boot
x1 Pretender Crown
After get:
x2 Soulscream Ring
x1 Rune of the Blight/Health Potion
x1 – x2 Home coming stone
x1 Marcher
Then:
x1 Ghost Marcher
x1 Abyssal Skull
x1 Bottle
x2 Homecoming Stone (Incase of denying towers or running)
Late:[U shud have]

first, u need to solo mid with elec eye and a bottle so at each 2mins u get more mana and hp with ur bottle. After u buy boots( after steamboots), and shild breaker. If u go late game, buy savage mace.

dude, scout needs runed axe asap after your boots!!! This helps him farm much faster so he can be the unstoppable carry at the end.
My build got me to 20kills 0 deaths in this one game. I got:
SteamBoots(int)
Runed Axe so around lvl 17 you should be able to stay invisible forever and u can jungle very easily
Brutalizer
ShieldBreaker with this you can kill most people in a few hits
SavageMace and then the game ended
